
CoCo-80XIt is the new generation handheld data logger, dynamic signal analyzer, and spectrum analyzer from CI company. On the basis of the success of the original CoCo-80, the new COCO-80X has faster speed, larger screen, and more connectivity options. A significantly more powerful processor makes digital signal processors faster, more reliable, and more complex for real-time processing. The handheld system is equipped with a 7.0-inch bright color LCD display with multi touch functionality, as well as a physical keyboard. Flexible connection via USB 2.0 port, 100Base-T Ethernet port, supports Wi Fi connection with 802.11 b/g/n, SD card interface, HDMI interface, CAN bus/serial port, stereo headphone and microphone jack, and GPS.
After connecting to a PC, COCO-80X can download files, remotely control operations, or upgrade software through multiple devices connected via a network.
COCO-80X is equipped with 8 software based input channels. Each COCO-80X comes with 8 complete functional test input channels. The embedded firmware contains a key that can enable the purchased software. This means that the CoCo-80X initially purchased as a 2-channel can be upgraded remotely to 4, 6, or 8 channels through purchase upgrades. Each analog input is serviced by two 24 bit ADCs and a DSP implementing the cross path calibration technique of US Patent No. 7302354 B2, which provides dynamic range better than 150dBFS. The measurement time history is stored in a 32-bit single precision floating-point format (according to IEEE 754-2008) and all subsequent signal processing is performed using floating-point operations. By using a 160 dB/octave anti aliasing filter, a 54th order sampling rate of over 150dB is provided from 0.48 Hz to 102.4KHz (alias data from DC to 45% of protected sampling rate). The 8 channels are matched with amplitudes within 0.1 dB and amplitudes within 1 ° phase.

The digital input of the CAN bus (ISO11898-1&2) allows for synchronous measurement of the car's speed, engine speed, and/or any of hundreds of performance variables tracked through its control area network (CAN). Simply insert the SAE J1962 of the car into the OBD II connector in sequence to add additional time signals to your range.

CoCo-80X is capable of accurately measuring and recording both dynamic and static signals. The SD card simultaneously records and stores data from 8 channels, which reaches 102.4 Hz when performing real-time frequency and time domain calculations. The embedded signal source's channels provide multiple standard waveforms synchronized with the input sampling rate. During the data collection process, the tachometer can measure the rotational speed. The signal source and tachometer share a LEMO connector.
In addition to other data acquisition and extensive FFT spectrum analysis functions, COCO-80X provides advanced real-time analysis features, including zoom spectra, file export, FIR and IIR digital filters, bar charts, statistics, order tracking, fractional harmonic analysis tracking, sound intensity meter, rotor balance, vibration intensity, modal data acquisition, automatic testing and limit checking, sine sweep frequency, impact response spectrum, and vibration based data acquisition functions.
The hardware platform of CoCo-80X supports Dynamic Signal Analyzer (DSA). Each working mode has its own user interface and navigation structure. The DSA mode is designed specifically for structural analysis and mechanical performance testing. It is widely used in electrical measurement, acoustic analysis, and other applications.
Firmware updates can be downloaded through the internet or downloaded from an SD card when there is no internet connection.
CoCo-80X supports dynamic switching between multiple languages. It is equipped with English, Chinese, Japanese, French, and Spanish.
